Bidding & Construction Contract Administration
We can help identify contractors for your project; and/ or work with your chosen contractor to develop a contract for construction. We issue drawings and addenda and review bids and contracts with you and your contractor.
Administration includes field reports, site visits as required, pay application review, submittal review; and project closeout.
Client Representation
Henry Architects will represent our clients in Public Agency Meetings & Negotiations, HOA meetings, etc. We also provide Survey & Engineering Coordination for our clients in need of these documents.
Permits & Zoning
We assist in petitions for Rezones as well as Comprehensive Plan Amendments and Permit preparation and processing.
